| Naminé isn't really small for her age, but she isn't too big either. She's five foot four, weighs a hundred and five pounds and has enough curve to show that she's a girl, though she's rather petite. Her eyes are a startling shade of blue (think children of the corn XD), her skin is rather pale and she has blonde hair that's layered slightly in the front and reaches just barely past her shoulders. She's usually seen wearing a white, sleeveless dress and light blue sandals that have little yellow flowers on them and not much else. She's a nobody, so she doesn't really have much, I suppose. Aside from that, the only other things she has are a purple pencil and a sketch pad that she used to wipe away Sora's memories, though she returned those afterwards. |
| PERSONALITY |
| Naminé is kind-hearted and always ready to help, but she is also painfully child-like and gullible. She does whatever people ask of her and cannot always tell the difference between right and wrong. She always has the best intentions at heart, though, making her hard to be angry with. Not saying she has a mean streak, per se, but she does have a very determined side to help out any friend that needs it. She has slightly selfish intentions of keeping people to herself to prove that she's more than just a nobody, though she isn't trying to do it to seem mean or rude. She just wants everyone to know that she's real! Despite the fact that she cannot fight much, she does her best to be the helpful one on the sidelines, cheering on her friends and giving helpful tips when needed. Since her stay on Salkia, Riku has made her a keyblade and she's been practicing with it quite a bit! |
| HISTORY |
| Naminé first appeared being held hostage by Organization XIII. Under orders from the Organization, she altered Sora's memories to remember her as a close friend from Destiny Islands and eventually replacing Kairi. She almost completed her task until Axel allowed her to leave his sight. Naminé managed to reveal herself and the truth to Sora. Once Marluxia was defeated, Naminé had Sora, Donald, and Goofy step into devices that will put them to sleep for a year so she could rearrange the chains of their memories, but break the ones that she created. As a result, Sora's memories of Naminé would be erased. She also helped save Riku from Zexion by taking on Kairi's appearance to convince Riku not to refuse the darkness within his heart while drowning in light. When they met in person, she offered to lock away the darkness of his heart so that it can never hurt him again, but he refused the offer, opting to battle the darkness himself. Afterwards, she contacted DiZ to help protect Sora, Donald and Goofy until they awaken. Naminé is revealed to be a "special Nobody" born from Kairi's heart when it left Sora's body. As Kairi had no darkness in her heart, her heart hid within Sora's body instead of becoming a Heartless when Destiny Islands was consumed by darkness. When Sora impaled himself with the dark Keyblade, his body and soul were used to create not only Roxas, but Naminé as well. As a result of this, she has none of Kairi's memories. Naminé's special birth in conjunction with the fact that Kairi's heart had been in direct contact with Sora's is why, DiZ states, that Naminé's special powers could only affect the memories of Sora and those whose hearts are connected to him, which was why she was used by Organization XIII. Despite DiZ's orders, Naminé visits Roxas in Twilight Town. She appears to him several times, often before he is attacked by Nobodies, acting somewhat as a guide to him. Riku is instructed by DiZ to destroy Naminé since he has no more need of her. However, Riku decided to let her go with Axel to repay the favor to her for Castle Oblivion. She frees Kairi from her cell and after meeting with Roxas once more through Sora after Xemnas's apparent defeat, she fuses with Kairi to complete her. |
